Operating within a multidisciplinary model, the team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Dietitians, with strong referral pathways and established relationships across the local community. Based in Bankstown, the clinic supports predominantly paediatric NDIS participants, alongside a smaller number of privately funded clients. The team has a great reputation and is known for its collaborative culture, long staff tenure and strong clinical support systems. Therapists also receive direct access to a network of paediatricians for consultation when needed. About the Role This is a paediatric Occupational Therapist position within a hybrid clinic and community-based model. Your role will include: Supporting predominantly paediatric NDIS participants across a range of developmental and functional goals Delivering therapy across clinic, home and community environments Access to purpose-built therapy spaces including sensory areas and gym facilities Flexible balance between clinic-based and mobile work No KPIs or billable targets - instead focusing on communication and quality of service to clients Full administrative support, allowing therapists to focus entirely on clinical work You will work alongside two Senior Occupational Therapists within the clinic and have access to both formal and informal supervision as required.
